The last few weeks have been filled with uncertainty. Everyone has in one way or another been touched by the severity of the current pandemic. We find that art is one of the things that has gotten us through these difficult times. Therefore we won't cancel the festival, but make a few changes so that we can continue the Summer Concerts long traditions.
The Summer Concerts will be from July 2-12 with concerts on Thursdays to Sundays both weeks. We are following the guidelines closely.

New graphic profile!
Skálholt Summer Concerts have had the pleasure to work with Mos in creating a new graphic profile. They have made a new logo inspired by the beautiful altarpiece by Nína Tryggvadóttir. It also symbolises the linearity in music. They chose to use green since the surroundings of Skálholt cathedral has a feeling of infinite green landscape during summer time.
Mos is a creative design and advertising agency located in Oslo. There are four very talented people working there: Helena, Line, Juliane and Marie. We are really satisfied with the collaboration! https://www.mososlo.com/
